By accessing or using Saint Mary's Christian University's website and learning platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Academic Policies
Students are expected to:
- Complete coursework honestly and with academic integrity
- Comply with submission deadlines
- Participate actively in course activities
- Respect fellow students and faculty
Academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or cheating may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, and platform features are the property of St. Mary's and are protected by copyright. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without written permission.
6. Tuition and Payment
Tuition is due according to the payment schedule agreed upon at enrollment. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access. Refund policies are available upon request.
7. Limitation of Liability
St. Mary's provides educational services in good faith. We are not liable for:
- Employment outcomes following graduation
- Credit transfer decisions by other institutions
- Technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control
- Third-party content or services
8. Religious Character
St. Mary's is a Christian institution. All students, regardless of personal beliefs, agree to respect the Christian character of the university and conduct themselves in accordance with our community standards.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation followed, if necessary, by binding arbitration in Pinellas County, Florida, in accordance with Florida law.
10. Termination
St. Mary's reserves the right to terminate access for violations of these terms, academic dishonesty, or non-payment of tuition, following appropriate notice and due process.
11. Changes
We may modify these terms with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
